Returns & Exchanges
Our aim is to provide you with a hassle-free and satisfactory shopping experience. To achieve this, we have formulated a comprehensive returns policy that covers the terms and conditions for all returns and exchanges. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return:
We accept returns for items purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on the procedure to return your item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
We request you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defect or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will require you to send us photographs of the damaged item and its packaging so that we can assist you promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned, such as items that we order specifically for you or custom products (such as special personalized or cut-to-request items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item to ensure the fastest processing time.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Please be aware that outbound shipping costs (the shipping fee on your order) are non-refundable for items returned for exchange or refund.
For exchanges and refunds, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend insuring fragile and valuable items with the shipping company before sending them back.
