Online Refund Policy
At The White Room Kenmare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that certain purchases, whether accessories or furniture, may not always be the perfect fit. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us online, the following procedures and policies will apply.
Return Policy
We hope that you love your order as much as we do!
However, if you want to return your item/s please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. We must then receive your returned item/s within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that large items have special return policy, read below for more info.

In your email, provide the following details:
- Your Order Number
- The name of the item/s you wish to return
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your item/s back.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted**
To be eligible for a return :

While the item(s) are in your possession, you must keep them in the same condition as when received—unused, unassembled, with tags intact, and in original packaging (including protective materials). We can't be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Returns require proof of purchase (order number), and it's your responsibility to return items in secure original packaging.Any Items that arrive Damaged will not be accepted and no refund will be given. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a tracked service. If a parcel gets lost you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (minus postage) will be processed within 7-10 days once we receive the return. Items can also be dropped off at our Interiors Showroom in Gortamullen Business Park, Kenmare. Note that returns cannot be accepted at our Henry Street, Kenmare, or Strand Street, Dingle locations.
A 15% restocking fee applies to large items, such as furniture.
