Delivery Lead Times

General Lead Time

For in-stock smaller items we aim to deliver your parcel within 10 working days, anything with a lead time listed on the product page or out-of-stock items a member of our team will be in contact with an estimated time. The lead time is subject to change due to supplier delays

Busy Periods

Christmas, Black Friday & Bank Holidays may extend delivery times.

Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (Weekend deliveries possible during busy periods)

Lead times are estimates and can change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Notifications & Responsibilities

DPD / An Post Deliveries

  • These companies have no obligation to call or text before delivery.
  • Customers must be available on the expected delivery day to receive the package.
  • A forwarding is sent via email once the order is ready to be shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
  • It's important to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected day.

The White Room Home Delivery Service

  • Service: 1-2 man delivery. This includes placement, assembly & they will remove any rubbish. If the In-house assembly service goes over an hour, fees apply and are charged at an hourly rate of €55.
  • Delivery Time: In-stock items: 5 - 21 days (up to 28 days for remote areas).
  • Custom-made furniture/Special Order/Out-of-stock items: Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, Customers will be informed upon order placement an approx. lead time, this is subject to change. 
  • Delivery Date: Customers will be contacted before delivery, if the customer is not available on the planned day please allow for a delay of up to 4 weeks for a new delivery date
  • Delivery Day: On the Day of Delivery the delivery team will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival, Any delivery time will be met as punctually as possible by our team however, cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Customers must ensure items will fit in their premises before delivery. This includes in the front door, area, and room it’s going to. The customer will be held accountable if the item does not fit. 
  • Prior notice for the ordering of specialist courier services during busy times shall be provided to the customer.

Additional Fees: 

  • After 3 weeks a €150 per week storage fee is applied for large orders of furniture if delivery is refused.
  • A 15% restocking fee is incurred along with delivery charges for returned large furniture items.

Click & Collect

If you wish to collect your item to avoid delivery fees that is no problem, please note you can only collect your order at our Interiors Showroom, located in Gortamullen Business Park, Kenmare.

Please contact us 24hrs in advance to ensure your item is ready for pickup.

 Customers are requested not to travel for collection until contacted with confirmation that their item is ready.
